I admitted that I had just been busy and putting it off. I know that I have fallen back on these bad habits far too often. We miss important family events, grab another fast food meal, or skip a Dr's appointment. In the rush of trying to be everywhere, all at once, we often put our own personal "to-do" list to the side. This is the 2nd year that I have participated in the Leader Academy. Yesterday, I was, again, invited to work with Special Olympics' Leader Academy II by helping cofacilitate an Introduction To Providing Effective Coaching and Feedback.
